Refund policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges of items as all items are made to order and or personalised, but in the unlikely case that you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. 
We accept cancellations and will refund you for your purchase if you issue your request within 6 hours of purchase after this cancellations may not be possible.
